This service enables AI to automatically respond to inquiries from foreigners 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and questions that cannot be answered by AI can be forwarded directly to an operator who can speak a foreign language, and after business hours, questions can be translated into a foreign language or Japanese and emailed to a designated address.
